A 19-year-old Warrick County man has been sentenced for marijuana dealing.
The prosecutor’s office says Quinn X. Mathew received 1 ½ years in prison but the court stayed the sentence and allowed Mathew to serve six months as a direct placement in the Warrick County Corrections Program. If successfully completed, the balance of the sentence would be suspended to probation.
If Mathew completes the sentence, his felony charge would be reduced to a Class A misdemeanor.
Mathew was charged with dealing pot back in June. Newburgh Police investigated the case.
