The Indiana Department of Transportation is advising motorists there will be temporary lane restrictions on Interstate 64 (I-64) in Posey, Vanderburgh and Warrick counties from Wednesday, April 13 until as late as Friday, April 13.

INDOT maintenance crews will be cleaning bridge decks and drains from the Indiana/Illinois State Line to State Road 61 (Exit 39). 

Crews will begin on Wednesday in the east bound lanes.  Once crews reach S.R. 61 work will then be shifted to the west bound lanes.

Norfolk Southern plans to repair the railroad tracks on South 2nd Street starting Monday, March 5 at 9 a.m.  The road will be closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.

We haven't had a bad winter, but that doesn't mean there aren't bad potholes to avoid. Report a bad pothole in your area and save someone the trouble of dishing out hundreds of dollars for new tires!
